How do I reset my password or PIN Code?

On the Main Log-In page, there is a link on the left-hand side to automatically reset your password or PIN Code.

How do I update my Contact List/Call Tree?

Users with applicable permissions can update the contact list by accessing the Contacts Menu in the interface. Detailed information outlining how to update the contacts can be found in the User Manual folder in the Library titled, "Manage Contacts".

Can I access the Tutela Customer Interface from my Smartphone?

Yes. The interface can be accessed using any device able to support a web browser.
